...could you advise if the tape or the ankle wrap is the

RLS happens during sleep or rest, especially in the lower legs, and creates an urge to move the legs about, to relieve or completely getting rid of these feelings. And if a person with restless legs syndrome tries to not move them or hold the legs still, the feelings only seem to get worse.

Improve Athletic Performance Pilot Study Two trials, one a standing high jump and kicking a football the other. Both showed a 5% improvement wearing the Goode Wraps.
