-- The combination of forward elevation, side elevation, internal and
external rotation of
the shoulder area all controlled by the rotator cuff cup. The rotator cuff consists of
four muscles and tendons that blend together to attach on the outer part of thee shoulder
two or three inches below the point, or accordion, of the shoulder. The shoulder
joint is also intrinsically involved with the shoulder blade, or scapula. As you
throw a football or baseball, the shoulder blade also lifts and rotates in concert with
the shoulder joint.

Debbie
-- a placebo patient in the osteoarthritis studywho also had shoulder pain:
"Just a quick note to let you know how much I have appreciated the use of the
sleep shirt. When I got the shirt from you
I was having what I would call severe pain across my
shoulder blades that radiated all across my back and upper shoulders. When I would sit
down at my desk or computer at work it would just aggravate it. I was taking Naproxen and
alternating with Tylenol and Advil just to get some relief. When it hurts this bad I
usually go to my massage therapist but I just didnt have the time so when you
offered the shirt I was ready to try anything. I will have to admit I was rather skeptical
because I had been in you study and received the placebo patches and therefore had no
relief from this product.
Surprisingly I slept very sound the first night. I usually toss and turn quite a bit during the night and end up on my stomach. I do not think I moved all night - woke up and had no back pain and felt quite refreshed for a good nights sleep. I was tempted to wear it to work because I thought it would help while there but didnt because the shirt is quite thick and would show through my clothes. After I was there I wished I had - it did tighten up and was sore. I wore the shirt 4 nights in a row and very glad for it - by the fifth day I had stopped having the tightness and pain and not taking anymore pain relievers during the day. Im not sure how the shirt works bit I did receive considerable relief while using it."

Rotator Cuff and Shoulder pain and stiffness are generally caused by muscle
cramps. These usually occur
when a muscle tries to do more work than it has the strength and
flexibility to handle. As a result, most people have experienced a cramped shoulder, calf,
biceps, hand or other muscle at some time.
Another cause can be dehydration. Muscle cells are made up of 80 percent fluids, so they need to be replenished constantly. A combination of overwork and dehydration can be more devastating.
Rotator Cuff and Shoulder pain and stiffness can be relieved by relaxing the muscles. Goode Wraps research shows our product relaxes muscles.
When the muscle is irritated, it cramps to protect the area of difficulty. People who overuse their muscles during the day sometimes wake up at night with cramps. The best way to avoid a cramp is to warm up and stretch before and after exercise, and stay hydrated.
And, buy a Goode Wrap. These wraps have been clinically tested and user tested to relax muscles. Guaranteed or your money back, no questions asked.

Rotator Cuff - Cup Upper Back Pain - Shoulder Pain
Upper back pain may be caused by soft-tissue problems. Goode
Wraps relax muscles as reported in clinical
testing. Most upper back
pain originates in the soft tissues.
The anomalies of the spine seen on X-rays -- bulging disks, slipped disks, herniated disks, bone spurs, calcium deposits, subluxations -- may or may not be the cause of your pain. They are fairly common, even in people who have no pain at all. It is very tempting, when there is pain, to focus on an abnormality found in diagnostic images and assume that it is the cause of the pain. But in any given case, that may or may not be true.
